A PREGNANT mom was found fatally stabbed in her burnt-out home after she tried to fight off a robbery suspect on her doorstep, said police.
Nedas Revuckas, 19, has been charged with murder and armed robbery after Eliza Morales, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Revuckas faces multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder, armed robbery, aggravated arson, and intentional homicide of an unborn child, said Downers Grove police in DuPage County, Illinois, on Tuesday.
He has also been charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
The alleged killer was taken to DuPage County Jail in Wheaton.
Morales was mom to a baby girl, 18 months, and she was pregnant with her second daughter, her distraught family told CBS News.

“Eliza was six months’ pregnant, visibly pregnant. Whoever did this knew she was pregnant and didn’t care,” a relative told ABC News.
Married to her high school sweetheart, the mom had worked in the payroll department of the Lurie Children’s Hospital.
Revuckas was not known to the family, they added.
‘MONSTER’
Morales had resisted the suspect on her doorstep when he tried to enter her apartment, said a police report.
Cops and fire crews had responded to the fire just before 6:10 pm on Monday.
But Morales was pronounced at the scene after paramedics were unable to save her.
A second person was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
“I can’t imagine, [that] type of monster bandit, what he was thinking?” said Morales’ niece, Diana Varela.
“She was over five months’ pregnant, and you do this to a pregnant woman?”
“She was just a loving person, kind person. She would take her shirt off her back for anyone,” said Angelica Silva, Morales’ mother-in-law.
“We’re in shock. We can’t believe that type of evil exists like that.”
